Off-Plan Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. You will be responsible for managing key developer relationships, guiding clients through the off-plan purchasing process, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Manage and develop relationships with leading Dubai developers
- ✓Lead a team of off-plan consultants, setting targets and providing mentorship
- ✓Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase journey from initial inquiry to handover
- ✓Analyse market trends and identify new project opportunities
- ✓Represent 123Dubai at developer launches, property expos, and networking events
- ✓Ensure CRM is maintained accurately with all client and deal information
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- ✓Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, major developers, and key projects
- ✓RERA certification required
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are a strong advantage
