We retain your recruitment data only for the duration of the recruitment process, unless you provide explicit consent to store your profile for future vacancies.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We respect your digital privacy and keep tracking to what you've actively agreed to.

Strictly Necessary Cookies:Cookies required for the technical operation and security of the site. These are always active and don't require consent — see the marketing category below for the one cookie category that does.
Preferences in Local Storage: We store choices you actively make — such as your preferred display currency or light/dark theme — in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is not sent to us or any third party, and is not used to identify or track you. Signed-in users' currency preference is also saved to their account so it carries across devices.
Privacy-First Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across devices, and does not collect any personal data or IP addresses.
Marketing/Advertising Cookies (opt-in): With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) for ad measurement and remarketing, and to record when a form submission (enquiry, brochure request, or newsletter sign-up) resulted from one of our ad campaigns. 6. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfers

Personal data is hosted on secure servers in Germany (European Union), provided by our hosting partner, Hetzner Online GmbH. By submitting your data, you acknowledge that it will be transferred to and stored in Germany, which provides an adequate level of data protection consistent with the UAE PDPL.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by UAE law. When no longer needed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel within One Two Three Real Estate LLC. We may disclose data only if required by a legal order or government authority in the UAE.

If you've consented to marketing cookies, we also share data with Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel (see section 5), for advertising measurement and remarketing purposes. Form submissions may carry an ad-campaign identifier (utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid) used internally to attribute leads to the campaign that generated them — this is only stored when marketing consent has been given, and is never sold or shared beyond Meta and our own team.
