Secondary Market Manager
We are looking for a results-oriented Secondary Market Manager to oversee our resale property division. In this role, you will drive secondary market revenue, manage a portfolio of listings, and lead a team of resale consultants to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Oversee the end-to-end secondary market sales process for residential and commercial properties
- ✓Build and manage a strong pipeline of seller and buyer clients
- ✓Lead and motivate a team of secondary market consultants
- ✓Conduct property valuations and advise clients on competitive pricing strategies
- ✓Negotiate sale and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
- ✓Monitor market trends and provide regular performance reports to management
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in secondary/resale real estate in Dubai
- ✓Strong network of buyers, sellers, and fellow agents in the Dubai market
- ✓RERA certification required
- ✓Proven ability to lead a team and drive collective performance
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- ✓Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
