Junior Resell Consultant
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to launch their career in Dubai real estate. As a Junior Resell Consultant, you will be trained and supported to become a confident resale property specialist, working alongside experienced agents to assist clients in buying and selling properties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior agents with listing management, client communication, and property viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads
- Conduct market research to support pricing recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM
- Participate in team training sessions and property events
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in real estate or a client-facing sales role
- Strong desire to build a career in Dubai's property market
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
