Junior Off-Plan Advisor
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Off-Plan Advisor to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced off-plan specialists to help clients navigate Dubai's exciting new-launch property landscape, building your expertise and client base from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Support senior off-plan consultants in presenting new project launches to clients
- ✓Identify and engage potential buyers through various prospecting channels
- ✓Arrange and attend developer briefings, project launches, and site visits
- ✓Guide clients through the off-plan reservation and SPA signing process
- ✓Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM
- ✓Stay updated on new project releases, developer incentives, and market trends
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in sales or real estate (Dubai experience preferred)
- ✓Genuine interest in off-plan real estate and Dubai's property market
- ✓Strong presentation and communication skills
- ✓RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining)
- ✓Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
- ✓Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) highly valued
