Junior Off-Plan Advisor
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Off Plan Advisor to join our growing team. You will work closely with experienced off plan specialists to help clients navigate Dubai's exciting new launch property landscape, building your expertise and client base from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior off plan consultants in presenting new project launches to clients
- Identify and engage potential buyers through various prospecting channels
- Arrange and attend developer briefings, project launches, and site visits
- Guide clients through the off plan reservation and SPA signing process
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up activities in the CRM
- Stay updated on new project releases, developer incentives, and market trends
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or real estate (Dubai experience preferred)
- Genuine interest in off plan real estate and Dubai's property market
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it upon joining)
- Goal oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued
